This Privacy Policy explains how Kalye Craft LLC ("InPace," "we," "our," or "us") manages your information across the InPace mobile application, website, and related services. InPace is a productivity tool, designed to help you manage daily tasks based on your current energy capacity.

We prioritize your privacy by collecting only the data necessary to provide a functional and improving experience.

  • Account data: We collect your email address and profile information when you register directly or through third-party providers like Apple, Google, or Facebook.
  • Your content: This includes the tasks, routines, notes, and customizations you create to manage your daily pacing.
  • Analytics and performance: We use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used and to improve its stability.
  • Location information: If you grant permission, we use location data solely to trigger location-based reminders; this data is not stored on our servers after the reminder is activated.
  • AI training samples: We may use anonymized and aggregated samples of your tasks and routines to refine our artificial intelligence models.

2. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Your information is used to:

  • Operate the platform: Delivering core features, managing InPace Pro subscriptions, and providing customer support.
  • Personalize AI suggestions: Generating smart pacing recommendations and productivity insights.
  • Communication: Sending account updates, billing notices, and marketing newsletters (only if you have explicitly opted in).
  • System improvement: Using anonymized usage patterns to enhance our architectural efficiency and AI accuracy.

3. AI processing and privacy

InPace utilizes artificial intelligence to provide tailored productivity aids.

  • Processing methods: AI tasks may be processed locally on your device or sent to secure servers and third-party APIs (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) for more complex analysis.
  • Anonymization: Data used for AI training is aggregated and stripped of personal identifiers.
  • Opt-out: You can choose to prevent your content from being used for AI training at any time through your in-app privacy settings.

4. Data storage and security

  • Location: All user data is currently stored on US-based servers. While the platform includes provisions for GDPR, InPace is focused exclusively on the US market for its initial launch.
  • Encryption: We utilize industry-standard protections, including TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest.
  • Backup: As cloud synchronization is a planned future feature, we recommend using the built-in export tool to back up your data locally.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Marketing: You can opt out of newsletters at any time via the "unsubscribe" link or your account settings.
  • Account deletion: You may request to permanently delete your account; your content will be purged from our systems within 90 days.
  • Data access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

6. Important disclaimers

  • Not a medical tool: InPace is a productivity aid, not a medical device or therapeutic program. It does not monitor health metrics or provide clinical advice.
  • Age requirement: Users must be 13 or older. Users under 18 require approval from a parent or legal guardian.
